Norman and Juniper are on the run from evil Major Balmer when they crash-land in a island, where they find a couple of robotic inhabitants, tex and Scout.
The two siblings team up with the robots as they round up a rag-tag rebellion to stop Major Balmer from dominating the island supply of Nova Cell crystals that will give her the capability of creating a powerful robot army. Will they be able to right wrongs?
Will they finde out that Major Balmer, in fact, is their mother?
